Zigi and Cinderella
Cinderella started attacking Zigi and so we put Zigi in a new tank. He was very sad for the first day but now he's getting back to normal! Hopefully Zigi will be okay. Cinderella just wanted to have her own house back probably because its a small tank. At least now they are looking normal again!

New fish ZIGI
We have another new fish its a female beta again. Its name is Zigi and its a very pretty fish its blue and has dots on its fins and shines in the sun! We got Zigi because we wanted to have a buddy for Cinderella which she is doing very well. So far they are very nice to each other and especially Cinderella is super excited about having another fish around! : ) Zigi is a little bigger and chunkier than Cinderella but that's because Cinderella is very very small!

Cinderella our new fish!
Today we got a new fish its a beta fish. She is a white female beta and very well behaved and calm even though betas are known for their tempers. Since she is very pretty and white and glimmers in the sun we thought of some names that went with that we thought of; sparkle, blanca, star, luna, zigi and cinderella which we eventually named our fish! We actually has a cinderella miniture glass slipper but we misplaced it somewhere and it might take a while to find it! We are very excited to have a "new member" of our family and hope that she lasts very long. Usually female beta fishes last 4 years or more if you take good care of them. We knew a lady who had a beta fish and it lasted very long simply because she used very good filtered water so we are going to try to do that and hopefully it will pay off! She is expected to grow to about 2 1/2 inches but she's in a relatively small round fish bowl. So were not sure if she's going to grow that long. Right now she is about 1 inch. At this particular moment we can't quite load pictures of her but as soon as we can we will!

More about us
We love to hike and be active. Antje especially likes to ski and run.
Ian loves to ski but lately he has had problems with his legs and shoulder and tendons because he took a prescribed medicine called Levaquin which is a form of a fluoroquinolone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levaquin he is trying to have it get better but it will have to take a miracle! Pearl loves to play tennis and play soccer. She is also an excellent swimmer. This picture is when we were in switzerland on a hike and she collected all these cute moths which are now her favorite kind. :) Hazel plays soccer for a team called black diamond soccer. She loves soccer a ton!!! She also plays piano. Our hobbies as a family are skiing, hiking, going on walks, traveling, and watching our favorite tv shows as a family :)...

More Funny!
More Catching Up To Do!!!
Well Hazel has started her soccer season and Pearl starts hers soon! Hazel just finished her summer season with 2 soccer tournaments the first; Park City Extreme tournament they made it to the semi finals against Celtic storm and lost in a shootout. The second; Sparta Cup going undefeated but sadly not making it to the finals yet tying the "best" team in the state 2-2! Hopefully the season goes well and Pearl keeps skyrocketing in her soccer skills! This week Pearl is going to a Tennis camp up in Park City and is improving and enjoying! Today she learned the Volley and backhand/forehand hit. Pearl is also taking swimming lesson from Antje and having loads of fun and getting better each day. Her favorite is breaststroke and she is doing very well at it!
